Vlad smiled and side stepped away from the female Kitsune. A couple of guards barged in, weapons raised, but Vlad just shook his head, ushering them to leave. Once they left (rather hesitantly, at that), Vlad again turned to the female. 
"Listen to me, Danni," Vlad said with a smirk, again using his powers of influence, "You can either comply, and do as I ask, or you can watch me kill your husband in front of you. And you already saw that I would be more than willing to put him down like the dog he is." Vlad took a step towards Danni, his smile growing. If his power still hadn't worked, he intensified it with his next words. "Think of it this way. One, you will get to live in a so much better environment than you do now. I mean, really? You want to stay in a place like this? You would get food, an actual bed, a few servants to wait on you hand and foot. Secondly, you would get to see your sweet, precious little daughter. Think of that. You wouldn't want to throw that all away, would you? I think that allowing your daughter to grow up without a mother is a horrible thing to do, don't you?"
