Well, not all active skills immediately, you will need a certain skill level (or mastery level) to use higher level skills
And I believe just like other weapons the skill would be called [b]<<Claws>>[/b] just as it is with [b]<<One-handed straight sword>>[/b] or [b]<<Katana>>[/b]
