Experiment Result: he has lost control Over his manipulation of the elements He has barely any control over one... will take time He can become more skilled However he is failure because he can't manipulate Life Force's he has shown mutations of sort Growing wings but their is no record of him ever undertaking such experiment He is becoming something else entriely he has started to hear voices i prescribed medication for headaches and sleeping pills to drown the voices but he still complains of them abeit less often he is to be contained i do not warrent letting him out for more then 30 minutes a day due to the nature of his abilities. he says he is looking for someone but so far he has been unresponsive to who. the inkblot tests came up as positive on all except one which came up as a insanity. this is a worrying sign he will have to be terminated once tests are completed...
