I would like to note one thing after looking at your CS in the CS bin quickly at the end.
I believe there is no such thing as level requirements for weapons. I think most swords and armor have a strength requirement, and possibly agility requirements for things like a dagger and maybe claws. But yeah, mostly strength requirements for weapons and armor, not level requirements.
