Whirlwind, you're good as long as you keep your powers B Ranked. If your powers get strong enough to destroy city blocks though, she'll have to become an A ranked. Which 'group' are you interested in? Also, will you be using electromagnetism or hand waving its use?

Mr Allen J, I love your character, but I'm kind of juggling whether he's A or B ranked as he is. With his limitations I would say closer to B ranked, especially the ones related to pain, durability and duration. I would say make the limbs tougher or lessen the time it takes to regain use of his powers, maybe because he's so used to fighting and pain? Then I'd probably count him as an A Rank.
