1) You can have as many characters as you want! But there is a catch - you can only play one at a time. Therefore, if you want to move to a different character because you get bored, you can cause your "current" character to go to sleep, get K.O, sit in a tavern booth for a bit, etc. Now, sometimes, there will be a rare occurrence, if the story calls for it, you may be able to play two characters at once, but again. It's rare. 

2) As for the amount of characters, we currently have about 5 players (two of them haven't gotten back to me on the decision to move, so they're considered "pending" at the moment). Two of them have two characters, one has three, and the rest have a single character. It can be a lot of bouncing back and forth, but it's a good variety to keep things interesting. 

3) As to prior things, don't worry. I'll be posting a summary in the first post of the RP. And, once this gets going, if you really want to read the details in the story, I'll be posting the original IC thread so that anyone can go back and look over what's been done. 

4) The number of players I'm looking for about 8 players (9 to 10 if you truly impress me with your character and/or writing - for me, more detail = better. That being said, this isn't supposed to be an RP that will find itself in the advanced section - it's supposed to be a fun thing, after all). So, the amount of "available" slots is 1 to 3 (again, potentially 4).
