Rue nods his head rapidly, smiling like an idiot. “I bet it has to do something with going fast, I could feel it pushing me and. . .” His mother goes back to cooking, nodding and smiling in a way he recognizes and with a sigh he drifts past her and towards his room. 'She cares, I know she does, but I think there are guests coming tonight. She never starts cooking this early unless there are guests. I bet it's one or more of those guys Papa works with. They are always coming home with him to work on stuff, it's like he never takes a break' He hovers across the bridge to his room, deciding not to inconvenience his mother for too long and just spend a few minutes in there. There is no door on his room, there being no real need for one, and with a restless sigh he flops down on his hammock bed. The small body sized mattress suspended from the walls by netting sways back and forth as his wings beat gently, the rocking motion bringing up very nostalgic feelings. “I wonder what I should do while they're gone. I mean, I know Inui will be lonely, but with me flaring like this, it can't feel good. He can't defend himself like Mister Seishu can.” The little fairy feels suddenly depressed at the prospect, realizing he must have been bothering the two of them quite a lot recently if he really has been flaring so much. “They are so nice, not yelling at me about it. I use to get yelled at all the time for doing stupid stuff, and not noticing my body changing is a pretty big thing to miss. I've been totally insensitive.” He huffs and pouts for a good long while, talking to himself until he feels better. ~*~*~*~*~ Seishu purrs lightly, holding on to his counterpart tightly as he lets himself relax. With all the positive energy not out of his system the Nightmare Guardian feels charged. Just for the sake of teasing Enasi he lets his free hand wander playfully over the other guardian’s chest and midsection, his hair snaking around the two of them until it looks like they are laying under a silky white sheet. He has no intention of doing anything beyond playing with him however, taking comfort in the fact that Enasi is here, now, by his side, and of his own free choice. “Well, if that's all for the exchange, I propose we just get some relaxation until it's time to go. You'll need to begin building a barrier around your energy now. Take in as much as you can and keep it.” He strokes his fingers through Enasi short red locks. “I know you're use to sharing it all the time, but you're going to have to resist the urge. Take everything I gave you and lock it up tight. You won't find any positive energy on the other side, except the stuff I may produce being around you.” He chuckles lightly, squeezing Enasi around the middle and nipping the back of his neck. “Man, is that going to freak a few of them out. . . .Though, Kaila will be able to explain it. After all, he's made it before, positive energy I mean, but that was when he was with me. I think that if he was with any other nightmare denizen and was just as happy, he still wouldn't produce positive energy. . . .Yeah, I think it's us guardians that are able to produce both energies in the pure beings. . . .” He shakes his head lightly, making his hair trembling against Enasi's skin pleasantly. “Anyways, you work on bottling up. I'll just enjoy my treat.” There is a definite naughty tone in his voice, but he sticks to his guns and doesn't mistreat his counterpart too badly. _*_*_*_*_*_*_ Standing atop a small rise Kaila barks out orders, the camp around him looking like a moving mass of well ordered chaos. Each nightmare and minion responds immediately, missing each other my mere inches at times at they rush around to prepare. They don't know what for, Kaila having decided to make it a surprise, but none the less they comply with his wishes without question. They have seen him and his team together, talking, some even smiling now and again. In these dark times, any smile is welcome, and with Kaila's upbeat attitude when he thinks no one is looking has them all abuzz. Tyar drifts around, delivering orders to those too far away to hear them, and Tiski keeps the little one's calm and out of the way. Filo and Feena are flying around the camp, their own little patrol of flying troops keeping constant vigilance on the boarders. The occasional nightmare coming into the camp, being recalled from the spy network slips through the constant circling if the troops, finding jobs or rest, depending on how tired they are. Kaila looks out across the camp and smiles warmly, the influx of spies returning making their numbers swell, and making him feel more like they will be able to win this war. 'Though in the end, it will not be we who win this battle. It will be Master Seishu who must take Gin down. He has to take back what was stolen, or else the realm will simply fall into confusion' He sighs softly, locking eyes with Lan and Ran. He gives them a nod, and like mist they vanish off into the forest, taking a portal to earth to await the arrival of their guardian and his love. 'Yes, Master Seishu loves his counterpart, and I can not find it in me to do anything but wish him the best of luck. . .' _*_*_*_*_*_ Starla leans over her brother, the stems and leaves in her hair shaking slightly as she smiles. He lay spread eagle in the middle of the garden, out cold after all the stress of the day catches up with him. They refrained from joining the others during the worst of it, or at least what they saw as such. They just didn't feel right there. 'I think I'm starting to get what Night is talking about when it comes to us not being right for the job' the girl muses, shaking her head so that a few petals fall from his messy locks. They float gently down, landing silently on her brother's sleeping face. He twitches slightly, his eyes opening ever so slowly until he's looking up at his sibling with a bemused look on his face. “Almost time?” he murmurs, taking a deep breath, the garden almost seeming to do the same thing along with him. Starla nods, bouncing on the balls of her feet with her hands clasped behind her back. While he brother had slept sh had been tending the flowers and bushes, unsure of how long they would be gone. They decided to spend as much time on earth as they could, ready to receive the guardians upon their return. 'After all, they haven't said how long they are going for, and with them, the answer is never a definite no matter how confident they are about it. They could return an hour after going due to complications, or a few days late for same' inn reasons with himself, standing up and wandering over to the garden pool for a quick drink before tending the trees. “Well then, we should head over to Night's room as soon as we're done here.” he says softly. Starla watches him for a bit before whispering, “Do. . .Do you think we made the right decision? I mean. . . Leaving them alone to deal. . . I mean, what f we could have helped?” Fin pauses for only a moment before relying. Shaking his head he says, “No. As we are, I'm positive we would have been of not help. After all, did you feel like going and helping?” He turns around to face his sister. “I mean, yeah, of course, we wanted to help because Lord Enasi was upset, but. . . .” The flower child nods her head. “I know what you mean. . . .We didn't feel like helping. Just defending, protecting. . .That's not what was needed. . .” She smiles and shrugs. “But, we're soldiers, right? That's what we do!” Finn chuckles, nodding, before turning back to his work on the trees.
