Hearing Trico's obvious protests to her behavior via her very verbal form of venting, Laura could only scowl more. Great, she was going to have a temper tantrum rather than following orders so they could complete the test. Maybe it would be better if she did abandon the girl! That thought was punctuated by Trico climbing back down the mountain, wasting even more time in the process. Aggravated by this, Laura turned her gaze towards the mountain's peak. Fine. She didn't need a partner. She'd conquer the test alone, or maybe find someone else who had managed to scale the mountain top. This little derp could find somebody else to irritate and if the headmaster took issue, he could take it up with her. Laura had done her part in tolerating another person long enough. Summoning up her aura to control the dust surging across her flesh, she pushed off the rock below and fired herself into the air with a burst of dust, slowing her decent with the same dust as she fell towards another ledge, before pushing off that as well, using her dust to propel her from rock to rock as she ascended the mountain. Hopefully she could find something.
