And Mizos, if you didn't want to (and I believe to collab in Google Docs you have to have each other's email, but I dunno) titanpad is much easier.

So basically, all you have to do is type, type, type. The other person will see as well. (Once they join the titan pad. It's free so all you need is a link.)
You go back and forth until you think it's complete. (It's like Google Docs, you can see the other typing)
And then copy paste it onto the IC. Then just close the titanpad.
