The Library is a mission-based RP. So the plot is split up into seperate smaller storyarcs that are connected loosely. Think more Cowboy Bebop than Lord of the Rings. So in general there's not much you need to know to participate. I'll have summaries of most finished missions up in the OOC later, but I'll be posting a refresher when the IC goes up as well, as well as some red lines.
