Griffin stood on the bow of his ship. He was a pirate. Some days he was proud of that fact. Other days he wasn't. He did't mind taking illegal cargo. He was proud to thumb his nose at the tax collectors. The one thing he hated was carrying slaves. He only did it when he had to. Today was one of those days. He couldn't watched as they were loaded onto his ship under his father's supervision.
