@Theodorable: Welcome! So the OOC is probably not as clear as it could be, and I have been extremely bad about updating this thread because I've been sick recently. My apologies. I like your faction but it is far too large and powerful for this setting. If you look on the first page, you'll see that we have 3 major powers and some room open for minor powers. If you'd like to adapt the Gra'al to be a subfaction of any of the currently existing factions (the Grand Duchy seems most likely) or as a minor power, you'd be welcome to do so. 

For comparison, the Grand Duchy is by far the largest faction in the game and controls 12 planets with a combined population of ~150 billion. No other nation will be equal to bigger than the Grand Duchy in terms of planets controlled or population. The RP will center around a war taking place when the Grand Duchy and the NAR (see first ooc post) are invaded by two rival totalitarian superpowers.
