There may be a better concept of legality and social structure in the sense of better centralization among the Arab colonists akin to a sort of evolving Enlightenment Era society. But that's more social than it is structural and would manifest most on paper than in the ships that are sailed. So it's sort of more dressing than Arab scale mail, swords, dress, and hackbuts.
