Indeed. I often do it many times a day, but after a while you just sort of grow numb to the feeling and in the middle of it you stop and realize that you're getting nothing out of it. You're forcing a reaction without any stimuli. Eventually you end up not so much as playing with yourself so much as just wasting your time dillydallying.
