he swung at her After he shot at Zheng. she is swing at him While he is shooting at zheng. 

he side stepped sinai, fired a hado. shrugged off the geki then swung. thats how i understood it. 

So sinai, landed after he side stepped her, and she attacked him while he was shooting at Zheng.
