KabenSaal, you still have both professional army and Outdated army. I have said that that is not allowed please change this. Also you can't have landlubbers twice...it is a trait that affects both airships and naval ships and can only be had once. Until these problems are rectified I wont be rolling for your nation.

EDIT: Another two are up though they may be a state they aren't too happy about....I warned people about too many traits.
