And hers is not aging manipulation. Imagine it more like a plague. She brings about decay because it is simply killing cells or eroding materials. It could be classified as a disease weapon as it is functionally a plague-like setup. So, 097 would probably have similarities, but hers is more insidious and cannot be used for healing save herself. She has to maintain contact to "infect" targets. I am game for them being connected in development process though. Perhaps 097 is the perfection of their original desires? Mine came out far less death prone but was not in control of aging, so they tried it again and succeeded
