Hair Color: Blonde Eye Color: Green Name: Jun Lyu Age: 16 History: Purple Crown Academy. An entire island dedicated to a school for the education of every student in the world. It was also the island where Jun lived for his entire life. His parents were both teachers at the school, and while they did well to separate work from family, it was inevitable that one would affect the other. Growing up around his parents, he took surprisingly well to the work they brought home, often reading through things they left laying around. There isn’t much to say about Jun’s childhood until he turned 13 and gained access to the DGP. He excelled at school in the academic field to nobody’s real surprise. What did surprise some people was the maturity and depth of thinking he had though. It was highlighted when he found out that success in school really didn’t matter in comparison to his performance in DGO, yet continued to work and study hard. It could just have been in his nature, but for a 13 year old to have such a nature was impressive, or odd, in itself. His parents continued to teach at the Academy until Jun was 15. After that though, they left their position of just over 20 years as teachers at the school. They wished to travel because really staying on the island, even with vacations, for so long was maddening. If you asked Jun, he would probably shrug and say he didn't mind though he missed the two. If you asked anyone else, they'd probably be baffled at how two mature?, responsible? adults could think it was a good decision. What was said decision? Go on a world-wide vacation and leave a responsible, mature, but still only 15 year old Jun by himself. He's fared well so far at the least. He didn’t, or more of, couldn’t just ignore the Deep Grounds though. He had little interest in defeating other players, pushing people onto the tracks, in his words, so he sought other ways to increase his standing. Dissolutions and quests turned out to be the main methods in which he levelled up, but conflict was bound to happen sooner or later. He often encountered other players, and frankly Jun wasn’t one to share. He racked up his fair share of kills and deaths trying to ‘monopolize’ what he saw as his, as well as garnering some infamy. More recently however, he’s taken to using the loot he’s gained throughout his time to gain more wins. Trading equipment and money in exchange for wins, he still keeps to the shadows of Deep Ground. Thanks to his lack of participation in the PvP aspect, he’s not a well known name. At most, there are rumors and warnings concerning his Avatar and actions. Personality: Studious and somewhat of a bookworm, Jun prefers the term intellectual, but is more often attributed the title 'nerd'. Most students describe him as reserved, and as a result many students find it hard or just don't bother to approach him. He doesn't seem to have an issue with that, but will not turn away people who approach him for help; being rather polite and cordial. As his Avatar in Deep Ground he remains reserved, not seeking interaction on his own accord. In fact, he actively seeks to ‘monopolize’ Dissolutions and missions he discovers, going so far as to kill other players. Other: Jun's favorite color is alice blue. His favorite genre of books? Mystery. Lives by himself in a fairly large two-story home thanks to his parents' vacation. Also gets a fairly good deposit every month to live off/remind him his parents haven't forgotten about him :(. Launches a number (2) of homing projectiles that deal minuscule damage. As a Wizard, the spell has a chance to apply Burning debuff which applies a DoT effect (.2% Max HP/sec). With Sorcerer Specialization, Tri-Bolt can apply Frozen, which reduces speed (15%), and Shock, which interferes with skill usage (10% chance of failure). So the main power is the status effects this spell can apply, and with no cast-time and a ridiculously short cool down of 0.5 (0.375) seconds, well the M-Variant can put on quite the light show. Fire Brand (Passive): Can only proc on targets with the Burning debuff. Deals fire damage on procs as well as adding a stack of Burning, up to a maximum of five. DoT increases with number of stacks up to a maximum 1% of max HP/sec. Elemental Nova: Does what it says on the tin. Causes a nova of a certain element to erupt in a 10m diameter around him. Instant-cast time with a 20 (15) second cooldown. Fire element causes moderate damage, Ice and Lightning both cause small damage while rooting enemies in place (5 second) or stunning (2 second). Rooted enemies can still attack or use skills, save movement abilities. Stun means you can't do shit. Ice Brand (Passive): Can only proc on targets with Frozen debuff, and deals ice damage on procs as well as adding a stack of Frozen, up to a maximum of five. Slow effect increases with number of stacks, peaking out at a 75% slow to all actions taken by the affected. Movement, attack, item and skill usage. All slowed. Frost Flash: A short ranged blink with the effect of leaving behind an ice cloud in Avatar's previous position. The cloud lasts for 10 seconds and will swirl to gather onto a target if touched, applying a stack of Frozen. Requires line of sight and has a maximum range of 10m. Instant cast-time with a 10 (7.5) second cool-down. Perks Magic Blast, Attuned Other: No, the avatar doesn’t actually glow red, that would be horrible. It does have the ability to, but it’s almost always turned off. As for what the Title stands for, go figure it out.
