Genji is gonna start wooping ass (he might even one-shot the fat bastard, possibly, cause he's kinda pissed), so yea, she could do that as both actions on her next turn since she would know exactly what she'd want to do. With its attention on not getting its ass kicked by Genji. of course, since this would raise her DEX to 24, she would get one other action to use after that.
