Keep in mind, that a level 5 player will not have all 9 of their skills on the fly. Admittably, I should have enforced this earlier, but what's done is done. I'm relying on all of you to be responsible to when you can have your unique skills. That is to say, I don't want a Level 3 player having 7 skills.
