Selan muttered under her breath. Why did he have to be here? Now? The man just didn't seem to get along with Estelle, to the point where he seemingly just left without another word. It seemed like ages ago since she had seen the chauvinistic, egotistical slimeball's face. And now, this little "vacation" just seemed to get less relaxing by the minute. Selan's eyes flickered toward the bar; she needed a drink. Nothing alcoholic, just something tart and icy to calm her mood and her stomach. Maybe after they get everything squared away. "Oooh, hiya Mister Thunder Man!" Lisette squealed. His name just wasn't coming back to her, no matter how hard she tried to remember. But for some odd reason, she was one of the very, very few members of the Pride who had met Thunderhawk and didn't find his behavior offputting. "Haven't seen you in a while!" she chirped happily, bouncing Kapi in her arms. Kapi, whose memory was much better than his owner's, sniffed grumpily. He clearly remembered Thunderhawk trying to impale him with his javelin. Who would even consider doing such a thing? (Nevermind that capybaras are a much sought-after delicacy in some parts of the world.) But the two ladies next to him looked nice enough, and he perked up and tried to look as cute and cuddly as possible, hoping to draw their attention away from the scary man.
