Violetta was brought to the world by The Creator. She is the one who created it. There is only one way in and only one way to get out of this Island. Violetta has to stay in her own territory because of a certain magic spell that was put on her. The same will go for two other teachers that I will have in the future. They are placed in their area because of their qualifications and must stay in their particular area.

Your characters could have been learning from books and ancient texts. Perhaps as an archaeologist and two local girls. There could be a cave drawing such as a hieroglyphics. They could easily believe in magic and when they are transported to Safe Haven, they acquire the magic that they know about.
