Well, he's pretty big, he's got great agility as well as good strength and durability. He can cause enemies to hallucinate or go deaf from their own effort noises while mitigating his own pain at the same time--and that's if he's not invisible. He wields a sword and shield when playing defensively and a huge axe when going in for the kill.Honestly I'd have to say he's a little overpowered. But honestly I think that's kinda the point of RWBY characters. Everyone is strong, fast, and can take punishment. To specialize in a role (like bruiser), you have to amp up the implausibility to almost insane levels, like Yang lifting a massive stereo speaker easily or demolishing a damaged mech with with one punch. Thing is, since Kuhaku isn't specialized (self-proclaimed jack of all trades) he's good at everything. His biggest weakness isn't his powers; it's himself, mainly the fact that he received the damage ignored after using his semblance and that he is somewhat reckless.Let me know if I am wrong.
Pretty much nailed it, but it's a bit uncomfortable to read. A tough pill to swallow, if you will. Most of his weaknesses/vulnerabilities come from his heavy reliance on his weaponry and Semblance. His most powerful Ace (*His Semblance) actually has bigger repercussions than you'd think, which you'll witness in due time. That and yes, he probably is his own worse enemy. Remove him from his weapons and he won't have much else to go on because he can't use his Aura offensively/defensively yet. I misunderstand what you mean by saying he's 'pretty big' though. Care to explain that a little more?
