I think Phaylin would be into rune magic, so if you wanted Cyrill to be into mixing runes and potions, I'm fine with that. Though there's no reason why both wouldn't be proficient in both areas, in some regard. I also figure, we could make them neighbors, possibly childhood pals? Maybe travel the area and research magic? Maybe their parents helped pioneer the discovery and experimentation?
