Takeshi had a perfectly good excuse for not hearing everything, he'd been busy with Shu. Of course then his brother had to turn around and say he'd heard it all, making his excuse moot. Okay so maybe he had sort of zoned out, but it wasn't like that doomed them. Viral knew perfectly well where they were going, he had no reason to know himself. To some Narbu settlement, that was the gist of it and all he needed to go by. "Oh yeah? Yumi said you're smart huh?" the older boy asked, grinning at his brother, "I think you're pretty smart too. For a little goofball," he added teasingly. Man, couldn't this deal with him not paying attention just die already? He got it, he had to be more diligent when they were being told what to do. Maybe if Vegeta didn't explain things so dryly he wouldn't,have a problem. Something really had the Beastman's underwear up in a bunch today, more than usual. He had to relax, it wasn't as if this mission of theirs was the most dangerous thing they had ever done. How would he take to being hit by a snowball, Takeshi wondered. Not well, evidently. Grinning as he tossed the snowball at Viral he expected surprise, sure. What he hadn't expected was a wall of snow being kicked his way, gasping as he skidded to a halt to try and avoid it. The billow missed Shu, but Takeshi found himself rather covered in snow now, looking not unlike a snowman. Giving his head a shake to clear away some of the snow he shuddered involuntarily, glaring at Viral. "I could ask the same thing! All I did was throw a snowball, and you buried me!" he shouted back, looking down at himself. Oh man, now his clothes were going to get wet and he'd probably freeze, or get damn near it. Shaking off all the snow that he could he gave himself a pat down, trying to clean himself as much as possible. "Sheesh... Attack a guy for trying to have some fun why don't you..." he mumbled, frowning as he looked back at Viral. Would it kill their friend to lighten up, seriously? That had been all in good fun, and it wasn't like he'd attacked Viral or anything. He'd not even thrown it that hard, it was barely a tap. Seeing where this was going Takeshi bit his tongue, instead sighing softly and stuffing his hands into his pockets. "I'm... Sorry for throwing that at you," he said, looking away childishly. That 'stupid ape' comment was just fuel for him to bite right back, but he was trying to be better as Shu had said before. "I won't do it again, alright? I'm done."
