Also my parents told me to if this happens again (which I feel it might) I'm to get his licenses plate number and to then call 911.

EDIT: To also note I've almost been ran over several times (drivers not paying attention to the road) I'm kinda sad that in such a rural area that I am in I can say that I've almost been killed by people driving.
