By this do you simply mean no spellcasters? Or does this include characters with magical items/weapons, (demi)gods, and the like as well?

I'm not saying I want to do a magical-themed character, but a Captain Marvel/Shazam inspired hero is one of the [b]many[/b] ideas floating around my head right now.
