Charles nodded once and activated his Wallflower skill, hoping to slip past the red demon this time. He dashed forward and used his staff as a vaulting pole, sailing over the wave of little guys, and kept running toward the blue demon. He deactivated his Wallflower skill when he was close and whipped his staff forward, blade out, toward the demon's knee. After stabbing it, he skipped backwards out of it's reach and made sure it was following him before he ran back, always staying just out of it's reach and giving the red demon a wide berth.
