Dystopia.

Air Current Wind Dance and Poison Mist might be a bit much, especially considering you also have an Earth Jutsu on the character. For being so young and already focused on medical training, I feel that having wind AND earth elements would be pushing things a little too far. 

I would say either scrap the Air Current or Earth Wall, and add a bit of detail into how adept the character is with Poison Mist, and you're good to go.
