This was the last thing Tohru needed, especially after being dragged through hours upon several monotonous hours of classes. Half the information she learned was irrelevant to the teen anyways, and she was practically floored when she discovered her literature class was not studying American classics. She looked like an idiot in front of the whole class bringing up Edgar Allan Poe before even hearing today's lecture. Thankfully, Tsukuba forgave her and let her off with a bit of a stern, yet reasonable warning. Math also had her reeling, being her most hated subject of all. What the hell would the Pythagorean Theorem or quadratic functions even assist her with in life? Nothing honestly. English she excelled in a tad bit thanks to some prior learning in the iron-bar hotel, yet a majority of it still confused her. Is this day over yet? She kept wondering. Would it end? Seemed to Tohru the stress of schoolwork was compounding itself with her newfound feelings of inadequate jealousy. She was already beginning to feel run-down and sluggish, but there was only one more class to go before lunch, where she could relax. Unfortunately, that class was yet another of Tohru's displeasures, PE. Physical activity wasn't the issue much, well actually in this case it was since Tohru was moving at about the pace of a garden snail, but most of the time it was being around other people Tohru naturally wished to avoid. With a deep and drawn out sigh, Tohru marched the march of apathetic agony towards the field house, where she already noticed most of the other girls changing into their gym uniforms. Joining in, she stripped off her school colors and tossed them carelessly into an open locker, where-upon soon she changed into the rather constricting white shirt and bloomers. Couldn't we have at least opted for shorts? She felt like such a girly girl in that damn outfit, and there wasn't much of a way she could alter it unlike her school uniform. Well she was dressed now. Might as well head on to the field and stare headlong into the diabolical eyes of imminent despair. F*** my life.... She stood next to some tall girl who was warming up before class and started doing a few half stretches, just to once again blend in and not look out of place, though inside, she was regretting having to contort her shapeless body in such excruciating ways. Tohru had no idea why, but for some odd reason, she kept eyeing the chick next to her, mostly her obscure markings. Where did she see that sort of ink before? "Hey. Nice ink." She casually said to the girl. "So where you get your work done?" Tohru could tell you about every tattoo parlor in Tokyo, but there was one that stood above the rest in Shinjuku. It was called the White Lotus Club, and aside from it being a tattoo parlor....it was also a front for drug deals, mostly meth and heroin....the same vile concoctions her ungrateful parents were strung out on and also the same poison that took some of her friends' lives. And who was pushing the drugs? Who else? Yakuza.... It's probably a koi or a dragon. Whatever it is, This b*tch has blood on her hands. ~.~------------------------------------ For a second, Tohru scanned around the field with her eyes. Mira hadn't shown up yet, which was painfully to Tohru a good thing and a bad thing. She didn't feel like confronting her in front of everyone and making a scene. That just wasn't a thing to do with...personal business. Yet she was still feeling that wretched sharp sting in her heart, avoiding the girl until they were safe in their dorm again. At least she prayed after all this mess was settled, her and Mira could at least be friends, but was that what Tohru honestly wanted from Mira? Friendship? Was there more she considered to their budding relationship already? I doubt it..... She thought rather bitter of herself. Just don't pay it any mind and exercise. You can talk to Mira later, just not in front of all these girls. She had other matters anyways as she glared headlong at the Yakuza girl with vengeful spite and snarled, "So how much did you get for that smack you dealt Jyunichi?"
