2 things...I'll try to be brief/even handed about it because I'm not comin at you or anything.

Sometimes if you're the common denominator you kinda have to reassess. It's just reasonable.

Also, you can't really expect people to just adjust to you in a different place. I do think people have to push for their own 'niche', but it's a two-way street. Both sides give a little when they get used to eachother. So you can't just assume because [i]you[/i] know where you're coming from, everyone else does.
