PLOT TWIST:

*Tinfoil hat on*

He's actually the two girls' "owner" as they are enslaved to him after accidently killing several clients while trying to earn more money for themselves (*wink wink*) after being secretly infected with a strange virus created by the doctor that kills new hosts of the virus transmitted by "special interaction" and because of this he blackmailed them into not only being his slaves for life but his personal test subjects!!
