Hey I'm new to the site, sorry for pestering but I came across a battle RP thread and I've got a question or three.

-What are these tier levels? And character sheets and all for Arena RPs?

-How is battle RP done here? (I learned the Emotive style; send an attack , opponent picks if it hits, misses, or he dodges, or attempts to counter unless I use logic against them to auto-hit them)
