Kos turned to find Larek. "Oh, hi there. I was just hoping to talk to you two. It's about having an egg. I understand you beat me to it, Larek."

Larek smiled a bit. "Well, I suppose Nyx and I just did it often enough. This isn't a race, you know. We all will have many years in which to have children."

"Indeed. Caex beat us both to it. Now, all we need is for Veax, and then, the rest of our siblings, once they are old enough" Kos replied.

Veax smiled. "How about we wash up? It will be time for dinner in a couple of hours, and I suppose it will be time for the children to wash up too. Especially after playing around in this mud."
