Personality: Serious when the moment calls for it, but will joke with villains when live are not at steak.
History: He was just a bum for all he knows. What he doesn't know is that he was the child of a metahuman partnership, but his parents died protecting him from a villain group, he was given to his god father, whom was police commissioner in Metropolis. The commissioner had then given Axle to a homeless shelter in Gotham the protect him from the dangers of Super-Villains

Physical description: Axle has silver hair that sweeps to the front, Blue eyes, when he's Bone he wears nothing but pants, but when normal he wears dirty street clothes.

Ability: Axle has inpierceable and bone claws that form whenever he wants, coupled with inhuman strength (that allows him to scale buildings) and inhuman endurance (that allows him to fall/jump off buildings and survive) he is a Hero, his parents would be proud.

Also he stinks because he eats trash and doesn't shower.
