I don't think it really matters to most if someone is in a higher position than them. People like to play various different roles that are in varying states of power compared to everyone else. For example, I've seen someone apply as a freed slave with little money and possessions while a lot of other people were in high positions of power and wealth. Nevertheless I'm always interested in a GoT roleplay no matter what the requirements. I've only seen the TV show though so my knowledge of the world might not be as good as those who have read the books.
I agree with you on that, but it's just it leaves little room for interaction. Although if we have an equivalent amount of players playing the lower hierarchy and the higher one that could work out. While the political things are being sorted out, the hedge-knights/slaves/knights could have their own plots going between them. And then depending on the action and decisions of the nobles can affect both plots drastically. I actually really like this idea.
I'm obsessed with GoT. You have me, and if you have any lore questions, run 'em by me.
I actually read all the books before the series even came out, but that was quiet a while ago. Sounds good!
I was thinking of throwing my own ASOIAF/GoT RP up here but I'd definitely hop into yours?
Any ideas you have that you would like to share?
