Name: Dixie Milne Gender: Female Age: 18 Appearance: 5’2”, Weight varies depending on form (90lbs when human, 100lbs when wolf, 120lbs when transitional, 1000lbs when in absolute form- not yet attained) Personality: Shy, emotionally repressed, develops crushes easily, mind easily read even by low level telepaths, uncomfortable with heroes or villains that are demon like or deal with magic because of her religious upbringing, self loathing of her power at times and at other times pure joy when using said powers, deeply emotionally conflicted, trying to overcome her shyness, meek, humble, conservative, easily brainwashed, enjoys making new friends, extremely guilt ridden over things like when she loses control of her powers Skills: Playing the flute, drawing, comforting others Weaknesses: She is mentally weak and this is her biggest flaw. Physically, it’s hard to beat her unless one has a power related specifically to strength (like a man made of metal or someone with super strong energy blasts). Mentally is the way to beat her. Capture and torture her. Use telepathic abilities on her. She will crumble. She also never weighs more than 120lbs, a weight easily tossed around when you can get past her shiny teeth and claws. Bio: Dixie was born in Tennessee and raised as an orphan by an abusive pastor named Reverend Taylor, who beat religion into her from an early age. He would lock her in closets, starve her in the name of fasting, and require her to pray days on end without stopping while hitting her if she tried to sleep. It was during one of the Reverend’s creative teachings, where he was spraying her with a hose from the shower head because she was ‘covered in sin’ where her power unleashed itself. He managed to escape the bathroom, locking her inside. She had known somewhat about her power prior to this incident, waking up with wolf ears or a wolf tail a couple of times, and had even practiced bringing them on and off. But never had lost control like in this instance. She knew something bad was going to happen, a punishment for turning on the Reverend, and so she transformed completely and busted out of the bathroom. Transforming back, she began to run, as the Reverend had already gathered an angry mob, claiming the girl a Satan worshipper who had sold her soul to the devil for evil powers. The mob chased the girl but got separated from the pastor, who confronted Dixie alone. He began spewing hate towards her and accusations of Satan worship, and she simply snapped. She killed him and passed out near his body. A woman from the church named Farrah discovered the girl covered in blood and the dead Reverend, who seemed to have been killed by a wild beast. She had seen the wild mob chanting Dixie’s name, saying “Dixie must die”, and thus hid her. In the subsequent proceedings where justice was demanded, Dixie could not be found innocent, since she could not remember the incident. She could also not be found guilty, as there was no evidence besides circumstantial to condemn her. So she was required an asylum stay so soothe the mob’s bloodlust. Upon her release only 3 days later, Farrah officially adopted her. This is where Dixie’s memory picks back up. Before this, she remembers everything up until the Reverend was spraying her with water. The truth that she does not know is that the Reverend was her father, a prostitute her mother. Farrah raised Dixie from age 14 to 17 as a proper southern girl, finding out about her power. She refused to believe Dixie was unprovoked however, considering the mob, and loved her too much as a daughter to turn her over for her powers. So she encouraged Dixie to harness them and use them for good. At the age of 17, Farrah took Dixie to the city to join a superhero team to learn more and get more discipline with her abilities. By the age of 18, she was accepted onto the team, having better control of her abilities, which were seen as worth the risk for her mental health. Relationship: Single, but has a crush on just about any guy who is nice to her really Alignment: Neutral Good Alias: Timber Wolf Origin of Powers: Genetic Mutation Description of Powers: Ability to transform into a wolf-like humanoid or full wolf at will (genetic, not magic) resulting in animal like strength, agility, reflexes, razor sharp claws and fangs, ability to see heat patterns in the dark, and bestial instincts when transformed, and enhanced sight, hearing, and smell all the time. In her transitional form (when only parts of her are transformed, like a tail and ears, or half her body, or just her head, etc.) she can speak and use her forepaws as hands while standing erect. She also has superhuman durability in her full wolf form, as well as regenerative powers (recovers from injuries in a few days that normally take weeks). Weaknesses of Powers: Dixie has limited control over herself and her powers, often letting them get affected by her emotions. (For example, she killed her own father but remembers none of it, or the subsequent asylum stay.) Role in the Media and Public Eye: The media has portrayed Dixie as a shy, southern sweetheart. They hardly ever show her actually using her powers, only when she’s helping assist other heroes. This makes most fans of the superhero team think of her more like a sidekick, despite whatever role she actually plays in the team which is usually an equal share. When she is out in public, she is painfully quiet and shy, but always obliges autographs and pictures unless she’s feeling particularly fragile/emotional. Other: I Will Rise
