As far the game itself, I thought you wanted the friends to connect around age 12? Then we'd skip along to any other milestones. I'd like to assume that the game could come out after they move away, otherwise it would be too easy to just find each other online intentionally so I'd say they may need to be newbies or around level 10, assuming the cap could be something insane like 999? Something massive where there's a wide range of experiences so that things don't get stale if you hit a cap or something?

EDIT - As a note, I'm about ready to post my CS, which I'll probably do in the first post of the OOC at the top. Did we settle on London (we didn't change it to Japan?)? And I'll probably keep it clean and minimal with just an appearance for her at the start (age 12 or so) and then at the real beginning of everything (age 24 is what we decided?). We still have some edges to smooth out but we're about ready to go I think.
