Its pretty simple
there is a link in the top right section of each posts. There two. O b e is the permalink
klick it and you get redirected to that said post.
the link in the adress bar would change and each time you would use that link you end up at that exact post

so if you would take the characters name and make it a link using the permalink of that cs...
then all we need is to have it on the first page annd easy access all the time ^^
