Name: Faust Blue Appearance: Faust has a baby face with streaks of laugh lines and void black eyes. When he's working as a Cypher trainer, he wears a deep marine-blue uniform with a long, flowing, yellow scarf. He keeps a sword at his left side that he has never been seen using as a Cypher, or even just simply drawn from its sheath. Faust's pokemon are kept opposite of it, on his left. Starter Pokemon: Farfetch'd((Abnormally fast, Level 29)) Equipment: A crimson-red katana and a surprisingly large stock of Poke-Snacks. Personality: Despite being an exceptionally warm person to everyone outside of his work, Faust also has an overwhelming sense of duty that kills off his senses of kindness and mercy; this emotionless state is only matched by his wild and cruel anger. However, Faust naturally tends to stray far from rage, due to his notably calm upbringing in Agate Village. He forgives anyone, as long as they have a reason that meets his set of standards. Faust's sense of honor and values differ notably from the average Cypher grunt. History: In the past, Faust lived a serene, purposeful lifestyle in Agate Village as a swordsman; he resolved to defend the village from unwanted violence, should the need arrive. As he trained, a young Farfetch'd seemed to study his movements from a rock. Donning its leek like a blade, the duck began to utilize sword techniques much like his own. Amused by the antics, Faust took it in as his own. While this lifestyle was enough for him, the Cypher takeover eventually reached Agate Village. Alongside several of the veteran trainers, Faust and his Farfetch'd forced many of the grunts into a retreat. While they held for a few days, the elders could no longer fight. It was then that Faust made an offer to Cypher, in exchange for his services, Agate Village would be left alone. Gladly accepting such a competent combatant into their ranks, they took up his offer. Faust was mainly put on guard duty; he was much more comfortable holding up a building than doing the dirty work. But even after a year of working in Cypher, he still was not comfortable working with them. He is occasionally seen working part-time at a restaurant in Pyrite City, serving sub-par quality diner food.
