WIth that said, there won't be dragons, there are no dragons until skyrim, HOWEVER, there are some creatures known as [url=http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Dragonling]dragonlings[/url] that, despite being small are incredibly dangerous and powerful but can be talked with with the dragonish skill

They are not related to the dovah in skyrim though
