Previous Assignment: Previously incarcerated in a high security prison after multiple counts of grand larceny. A childhood friend with contacts high in ONI managed to have him removed from the prison and put into the ODST outfit after a year or so of vigorous training to become a capable fighter and killer. Moved to Solace Colony.

Personality: 

Enrique tends not to be too emotional however he displays charisma in what he does. He will take a life if asked or needed to and not question it, he respects his teammates but believes a code is in order for everything one must do in battle. Should one of his teammates harm an innocent it will no doubt spark anger in Enrique. 
Biography: 

He grew up on the streets stealing cars and sticking up grocery stores with his friends. By the time he was 22 he had been groomed into a fine criminal, and was on his way to an early grave. He met his now deceased wife through a fellow criminal, she and him were married within 3 months of meeting one another, within another 2 months he found out she was pregnant with his child. He knew he couldnt support a child with what he had been doing and attempted to go legit. Every time he found a job he was immediately turned away. Soon he heard about a plan to rob a bank in Miami, the crew would be going in by air and hitting the bank then the cash would leave by sea. The heist went down and two of the 8 men taken on the job were killed and when Enrique got home he found Maria butchered, she had been stabbed through the stomach multiple times and her face was beaten in. He was found by the police several hours later sitting by her side, staring down at her body. After spending two years in prison an old friend he had grown up with, Martin Felic, had found him in the records and decided to do his old friend a favor. Enrique was moved to a training facility to begin his ODST training, during this time it was discovered that he was an incredible marksman as well as he could run for a very long time.
Timeline of historical events:
2523- Birth
2530- Childhood friend Martin Felic leaves
2532- First robbery 
2534- Begins pulling worse crimes
2545- Meets Maria
2546- Heist is pulled, Maria dies along with unborn child, Enrique is incarcerated
2548- Removed from Prison taken to ODST training camp.
2550- Dispatched to Solace Colony, stranded after Covenant Attack.

Specialized Equipment: A specialized radar and optics, which utilize his teammates views so he can pinpoint where enemies are so long as they are in view. 
Additional Items: He carries a Khukuri knife with an engraving of a wolf pack running along the flat of the blade. He also carries a picture of his wife just under the top of his left hand glove.

Additional Notes
He has a fairly substantial drinking problem however he sobers up before a mission. He also has a small issue with with people who would assume he's less than he is, a tad of a mental issue.
