Anthony frowns, confused, and replies to Ryan's story, "Why would you be content with just being another Flash? Why wouldn't you want to be even greater than your father?" He then gives Phoebe a half-smile and replies, "I'm just scouting out my future allies and enemies." He goes quiet for a moment and continues, "That's not completely true.
