That is entirely up to you my friend. I suggest you look at some of the existing sheets so that you get an idea. And I think his power should be less of downright instantly changing emotions, and more of influencing them, or reading them.

AeronFarron, I like Quinn, but I'd like a little more elaboration on her power. Like, if she absorbed energy would she take damage from it or no? I also think she should have a limit to how much energy she can store instead of herself, and bad things (For her) will happen once she goes over it.
