Marrubium
It checks out all right with me, I'm not necessarily picky at this moment but Hammy-Ham gets final judgement. But essentially, if you have not already been informed or read up on our Ic, then allow me to summarize. Twelve [I think] prisoners were originally in the dungeons of Eblistan by whichever crimes deemed worthy enough of their detainment; some had been there longer than others, some just arrived. In this event, Mundhir Sadek, our fallen prince and current "star protagonist" was poisoned with Ice Venom during his assassination attempt before hand, a cruel fate by any means and killing him slowly but surely. Other characters suffered from other ailments: iron poisoning, lack of food and water, had been stripped of their belongings. But the deft handiwork of our resident rouge elf, Aevah Runil, and the rage of our Minotaur: Shorus, saw to the escape. With assistance from Frelseren, formerly known as 9. It was a bloody massacre, I've lost the body count entirely when we finally got the hell out of there, but they managed to escape with the assistance of Mundhir's men coming upon their exit point which was a supposed secret way into the outside of the citadel. Thus they rode to Baalor, mostly against our will [though Tarwin went about his own route] and thus we entered a seven day time jump to the what I would call: Council. Here Mundhir beseeches to everyone to help him in restoring peace to his lands, etc. It's a nice speech, you should read it. Aevah offers to search for a cure in the Uchfos forest by the assistance of the Norn, a tricky, deadly game but none the less had to be done. Kyrtaar and Rin went with her and someone killed a bunch of things in the ruins and set a fire but that pretty much faulted out. SO. The elves began massing an attack against Baalor and Mundhir, Kylmi, Hazim, Tawrn, Shorus and Frelseren went out to meet with the Mad Prince - it did not go so well, obviously. Thus we get to the point in our story: At the current moment, Aevah and Kyrtaar have made pact with the Norn, healing Mundhir but at the cost of her eyesight and granting Kyrtaar immortality and power but at the cost of his first borne child and so on. They're currently on their way back but timeline dictates that they are one day before the battle. So they're currently stalled. The battle itself started with Hazim leading a volley against the elves, in which they returned, the distraction allowed the other focal characters to move in, to either kill or capture the Prince, whomever gets there first I would suppose. During this time, Mundhir was being attacked by these, things, whatever you wanted to call them - he'd know. And passed out into a weird trance from the venom leaving him, and currently he's undergoing a psyche break in his own vision by figuring out the truths of all his beliefs and his own God. A new character was introduced here: Dreha, who is currently doing what she can to protect him. At this moment, Tarwin has managed to sneak into the camp and don for elvish armour to blend in [a pattern, I tell you] while Kylmi and Shorus fight their own way through, by traps and by other means. Kylmi receives injury during this time but bares it and uses her temporary Kelpie mount: Bones, to find way to a meeting point, There she and Shorus plan to capture the Mad Prince to interrogate him. Oh and Hazim and the Mamalukes are currently being assaulted again by the elves [Elderborne], the gradual retreat did not go too well. Aaand I think that's about it, for details you can kind of skim over what everyone has written, but that should catch you up at least. Do you have any ideas of how your character might be introduced? ---
Might want to make another character. Golem, kinda a Dragon age shale knock off. Can we work that in? Mundir/someone could activate it. Sentientish. Work or no? I've wanted to do a character with a golom for an extremely long time.
I approve of this. I've been wanting it for a long time now! Also, I don't know when, but I'll be posting sometime today.
