urg... my creative juices are not flowing. I can't seem to fill a paragraph

Don't know about you but today has been urg, because of the change of season my astma is so bad I can barely keep myself walking due to lack of oxygen. My nose has bled twice spontaneously, my dog is sick so there goes this month's paycheck (which I desperately need) and our school grads are having their exhibition so it's a pain in the arse getting their stuff mounted and ready, my best friend is having family problems, I have a project due tomorrow and I am not ready to face all this. Rant over.
