He can use his physical agility for a variety of means - to retreat readily, reach attack points most opponents would not even think about checking, get to locations nobody else can, among other similar applications. However, he mostly uses it to run around the rooftops of Scherazade, usually for purposes relating to his job as a courier but also for leisure. Navigation (Competent) Now, he would be better with this skill, if he knew more about the layout Scherazade Island and all its fun little backalleys, shortcuts, and hidden routes. At the moment he knows most public routes (and even some shady backalleys) through the city and how to reach different locations within it, both by ground and by roof. Though, this skill doesn't only govern his ability to navigate locally, it also covers his ability to remember routes and sense of direction, both of which he's quite better than the average person at. Hand to Hand Combat (Competent) Hakuno possesses both knowledge of pragmatic streetfighting from his history, and of military martial arts from the basic military training he got from the RWMD Project. However, his skill in this lies not in his ability to alternate between the two styles to catch his opponent off guard, but rather, to haphazardly mash the two together along with his Parkour and some fun moves from TV to create an entirely new 'fighting style' that somehow works surprisingly well. However, it probably isn't able to defeat a tried and true fighting style like Taekwondo or Muay Thai in a fair fight due to his own lack of experience in direct combat. Weaponry - Handguns + Knives (Novice) How to do the shooty and the stabby. Though he's much more proficient in the 'stabby', since he's had prior experience with it, though not much, outside of the aforementioned basic military training. He can also throw the knife I suppose, but that's a stupid idea since he's effectively disarming himself and has no knife throwing experience anyway. Pistol whipping on the other hand, is something that he'd be able to do with ease. Wilderness Survival (Novice) Basic training from his time with the RWMD Project. Mostly how to get food when lost, set up camp, and whatnot. Basic stuff, not how to build cabins or track a raccoon based off of variations in a tree's scent. Though it's not as if this skill'd be of much use, given that he mostly operates within urban areas. Magic: Kaijutsin: Spatial Distortion Spatial Distortion is an ability that does exactly what you think it would: distort the space around a given point or points. The ability is undoubtedly quite flexible in potential usages. Maybe not to the extent as many other powers, but still fairly flexible in its own right, with several applications that do more than cover the usual three bases of offense, defense, and utility. However, as Hakuno mainly uses his ability to aid his Parkour skill, he rarely delves into the truly powerful and diverse capabilities of Spatial Distortion such as straight-up crushing or removing points, bypassing barriers, disorienting the enemy by screwing with their surroundings, among other things. His training with the Institute and Project RWMD has given him most of the tools necessary to access some of the more 'simple' complex applications of his ability, but to access the truly powerful capabilities, he'd need quite a bit more creativity and/or training, maybe even some outside assistance. Others: Relationships: --- So, can you give a description for what Alchemy does? All I seem to get is 'it is what mechas are comprised of' and 'it is rare' Speaking of which, are Ki users basically Benders from Avatar? That's the impression I'm getting from the martial arts and advanced element projection thing. Lastly, what exactly is the difference between Kaijutsins and plain magicians apart from being made artificially?
