Pemberley is the descendant of Pemendree the Assassin, the son of the Head of the Council, and also the Protector to Prince Belshazzar. He grew up rich thanks to his lineage and his father's job, and received some of the finest education Wiz has to offer. His childhood dream was to follow in the footsteps of his ancestor and become an assassin, but his dad thought that it would be too dangerous and refused to let him become one. WIth his dreams crushed, he went through the Academy with decent grades and a bleak outlook towards any type of job where he wasn't an assassin and got on his father's nerves a bunch of times. When he graduated he was going to work at some rundown stall at the market until his father stepped in and forced him to join the Council. He knew his son was smart, and even if he wasn't going to be an assassin, his skills could still be put to good use. He was employed as a Protector and immediately jumped the ranks to become a Royal Protector, a position some wait [i]years[/i] for. He was assigned to the least active prince, which was Prince Belshazzar who stayed in his lab all day.

Pemberley was very reluctant to do [i]anything[/i] during the first few weeks, but with time, he got into the grove of things and is actually one of the Council's best Protectors. He doesn't understand a good half of the shit Belshazzar says on a daily basis, but after looking over the rest of the Royal Family, Pemberley is glad that he got one of the sane ones. When the Prince isn't running around with his troublesome cousin Valexander, Pemberley usually passes the days during crosswords in the Prince's lab and tries to stop him from blowing himself up.[/center]
