Ah,it is somewhat different though. The Evokers are worshipped because that is how the Dynasty was originally formed. Also Kheris is pretty powerful no doubt some evokers even think he is a God. Likely they'll let you continue your merry way, people won't emigrate from the Dynasty anyway nor will immigration be allowed.
