Maximilian learned how to use Bone-Make Magic from a tome he stole in his youth. As its name implies, Max's particularMagic deals with the manipulation of bone. Max's Magic deals with producing multi-sized bone rods, as well as changing parts of his body into bone. Most of his attacks involve transforming his arms into blunt, bludgeoning weapons, which he can do at will.

[*] Bone-Make Lance: Max turns his arm into a large spearhead, from which a large number of bone spears are fired towards his target in rapid succession.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Claw: Max encases his feet in bone, thereby increasing the power of his kicks.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Iron Fist: Max encases his fists in bone and punches the target.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Scales: Max covers part of his body (or the entirety of it) in bone scales, dramatically increasing his offensive and defensive abilities. When punching and kicking while covered in these scales, Max is capable of creating powerful gusts of wind through mere kinetic force. These scales are strong enough to shatter bone and rock alike, are resilient against regular flames.[/*]
[*]Bone-Make Sword Horn: Max encases his head in bone and headbutts the target at a high speed.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Club: Max transforms his arm or leg into a large bone club, increasing his punching and kicking power. He can also create multiple, smaller clubs from the end of the original, hitting many enemies at once. The clubs can be elongated at Max's will, making them powerful ranged weapons. He is also apparently capable of increasing their size dramatically and to detach them from his body. Also, for added maneuverability and to take opponents off-guard, the club can be rapidly turned into the similar Bone-Make Sword.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Sword: Max transforms his arm or leg into a large, jagged bone blade, similarly to Bone-Make Club, but, rather than blunt power, this spell has cutting power, thereby making it deadlier. The spikes along the blade's edge make its slashes more painful and dangerous, and the weapon's length can be increased to reach enemies who are far away from Max. The blade is also sturdy enough to function as a shield of sorts. The sword also functions as a chainsaw, effectively increasing its damage.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Kunai: Max creates small, kunai-esque knives that can be thrown with pinpoint accuracy.[/*]
[*] Bone-Make Foot Blade: Max sprouts a sharp, harpoon-like blade from the sole of each of his feet. By planting these blades in the ceiling, he's capable of remaining suspended and to move around as if he were walking normally.[/*]

[U]Biography:[/U]
Max was orphaned at the young age of ten, having Max to fend for himself. He quickly started journeying from town to town, looking for food and warmth, taking to conning and thievery to survive. It was during this time that he stole a tome that taught him the basics of Bone-Make magic. It's only in the past month that Maximilian has journeyed to Magnolia Town, having heard the stories of the Fairy Tail guild and their ready acceptance of any magic-user into their ranks.
It was here that he intended to join, in the hopes of finding a warm bed, plenty of mead and a place that he could call 'home'.

When he isn't drinking alcohol, Max is usually drinking water to stave off a hangover. When he's sober he's usually drinking milk exclusively, saying he needs to 'Strengthen his bones.'
